Antwaine Sterling

My career has taken shape at the intersection of law, business, compliance, and strategy. During my undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley, I developed the analytical foundation that continues to shape how I approach complex questions, evaluate different perspectives, and identify practical solutions. My graduate studies at Vanderbilt Law School have helped me connect my academic background with the professional experience I have gained throughout my career.

My interests lie in transactional law and the business considerations that drive legal decision making. As I continue to grow professionally, I am particularly interested in commercial contracts, contract lifecycle management, intellectual property licensing, legal operations, and policy governance. Whether I am navigating a compliance issue, expanding my knowledge of contracts, pursuing a new goal, or researching an investment opportunity, I bring the same mindset: stay curious, do the work, and keep improving.

Outside of work, I am a lifelong athlete and avid sports fanatic. You can find me following the Las Vegas Raiders and Seattle Sounders, chasing a new personal record on the track, or training in the gym. I also enjoy studying the markets and exploring investment opportunities. Investing gives my analytical side an outlet after hours and allows me to learn more about businesses, industries, and how value is created over time.
